Brie, Pear and Candied Walnut Cups
Sweet roasted pears and creamy brie baked in a puff pastry cup and topped with a candied walnut butter drizzle.

 

Mini Crab Cakes 
Homemade mini crab cakes made with jumbo lump crab meat, and pan fried until golden brown. Served with a fresh mango salsa on top.

Smoked Salmon Canapes 
Smoked salmon rolled with an herbed cream cheese, served atop a cracker and topped with chives.

Spicy Tuna Wonton Tacos 
Spicy tuna topped with scallions, sesame seeds & flaked seaweed and served in a fried wonton shell.

Spring mix lettuces tossed with candied walnuts, gorgonzola cheese & fresh pears and tossed in an aged balsamic vinaigrette.

 

Grilled Caesar Salad 
Romaine lettuce hearts, grilled and  topped with croutons, parm cheese & homemade Caesar dressing.

 

Caprese Salad 
Layers of fresh mozzarella, sliced vine-ripened tomatoes, basil leaves and a balsamic glaze.

Spring mix lettuces with strawberries, blueberries, smoked gouda cheese & toasted almonds and tossed with raspberry vinaigrette.

Mandarin Orange and Almond Salad 
Fresh Spring mix and green leaf lettuces tossed with mandarin oranges, almonds, fresh parsley & scallions and tossed with a sweet and tangy homemade dressing.

Penne cooked al dente & served with a creamy vodka sauce.

Butternut Squash Penne 
Penne cooked al dente and served with a sweet & creamy butternut squash sauce and topped with fried sage leaves, gorgonzola cheese & candied pecans.

 

Bucatini Amatriciana

Bucatini pasta tossed in a bacon, onion & San Marzano tomato sauce.

 

Spaghetti Carbonara

Made the traditional Roman way!  Spaghetti tossed in a pancetta, parmesan & cage-free egg sauce and topped with cracked black pepper and parmesan cheese.

 

Clams and Linguini

Linguini served in a white clam sauce and topped with fresh, whole clams, parsley and parmesan cheese.

 

Wild Mushroom Ravioli

Served in a wild mushroom, marsala wine sauce.

Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Fresh spaghetti served in a garlic and olive oil sauce.

Seafood Cappellini | add $5 per person

Sautéed shrimp, sea scallops and lump crab meat served with angel hair pasta and tossed in a burst cherry tomato, olive oil and garlic sauce.

Chicken Marsala 
Pan seared chicken with sautéed button & cremini mushrooms, served in a light Marsala wine sauce.

Lemon Chicken 

Pan seared chicken served in a light lemon and white wine sauce.

Chicken Picatta 
Pan seared chicken served in a caper and white wine sauce.

Pecan Crusted Chicken 
Chicken breasts coated in a crispy pecan and fresh bread crumb mixture, pan fried, served atop a bed of spring mix and drizzled with a honey mustard & shallot glaze.

 

Mexican Short Rib Stuffed Shells | Add $10 per person

Tender, slow braised short rib meat infused with Mexican tomato sauce and topped with Colby jack cheese, tomatoes, scallions and a creamy cilantro lime sour cream sauce.
 

Flank Steak Pinwheels | Add $10 per person
Thin cut, marinated flank steak layered with aged provolone, roasted peppers & arugula, rolled into pinwheels and grilled to perfection. Served with a fresh parsley sauce.

Bourbon Beef | Add $10 per person
Top Sirloin Steak marinated for 24 hours in a delicious, secret, bourbon sauce. Served with sautéed mushrooms & onions and horseradish sauce.

Filet Mignon Steaks | Add $20 per person

8 oz steaks, seared and cooked to your liking.  Served with au jus & horseradish sauce.

Beef Wellington | Add $25 per person
Filet of beef coated in a mushroom duxelle, wrapped in puff pastry and baked to perfection.

 

Buffalo Salmon | Add $10 per person
Panko crusted salmon brushed with buffalo sauce and baked to perfection.

Pecan Crusted Salmon | Add $10 per person
Salmon filets coated in a pecan and fresh bread crumb mixture, pan fried until crispy and drizzled with a honey mustard & shallot glaze.

Lemon Salmon Cannelloni | Add $10 per person
Fresh salmon wrapped in homemade crespelle, baked and served in a delicious lemon cream sauce.

 

Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna | Add $20 per person 
Ahi Tuna Filets marinated in sesame oil and soy sauce, coated in black and white sesame seeds and pan seared.  Served with wasabi and teriyaki sauces.
